摘要
该文阐述了异步电机直接转矩控制系统的原理及数字化设计。针对在无硬件平台情况下仅依靠搭建仿真模型法进行直接转矩控制DSP算法仿真的缺点,利用实时数据交换(RTDX)完成了TMS320F2812与Simulink仿真模型相结合的异步电机直接转矩控制半实物仿真实验。在缺乏实际硬件电路的条件下,实现了直接转矩控制DSP算法的开发。实验结果与实际情况一致,表明了该方法的可行性。
This paper describes the principle and digitization design of the asynchronous motor direct torque control system. In allusion to the shortcoming of implementing the DSP algorithm simulation of direct torque control, just depending on the method of setting up simulation model but without any hardware platform, the semi-physical simulation experiment of asynchronous motor direct torque control of combining TMS320F2812 with Simulink simulation model is completed by utilizing real time data exchange (RTDX). And the DSP algorithm development of direct torque control is realized in the condition of absence of the practical hardware circuit. The experimental result is in accordance with the actual situation, and shows the feasibility of this method.
