摘要
目的： 建立一种采用高效液相色谱分离检测多组分复方制剂中磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法： 以ＯＤＳ为固定相，０－０５ ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－ １ 磷酸二氢钾（ 含１％ 三乙胺， 用磷酸调ｐＨ＝ ３） － ０－００５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ ＩＰＲ－ Ｂ６ 甲醇溶液（１－２∶１） 为流动相， ＵＶ 检测波长为２５４ ｎｍ 。结果： 磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏３ 种成分的回收率分别为１０１－６％ ， ９９－６ ％ ， １０１－７ ％ ； ＲＳＤ 分别为１－１％ ， １－２％ ， １－９％ （ ｎ ＝５） 。结论： 方法简便， 结果准确可靠。
Objective:A method of HPLC determination for Coci-Fedra-C-Syrup complex preparation of codeine phosphate,ephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate has been described.Method:In the method,ODS as the stationary phase,0 05 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4 (containing 1% triethylamine and pH ethyl adjusted to 3 with phosphate acid)-0 005 mol·L -1 IRP-B\-6(1 2∶1) as the mobile phase were adopted.The wavelength of detection was 254 nm.Results:The method recoveries of codeine phosphate,ephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate were 101 6%,99 6% and 101 7% respectively. RSD were 1 1%,1 2%,1 9%( n =5).Conclusion:The method for three active ingredient determinations in Coci-Fedra-C Syrup is simple,rapid and reliable.
