摘要
目的： 用胶束动电毛细管色谱法测定维Ｃ银翘片中扑热息痛、扑尔敏、氯原酸和维生素Ｃ 的含量。考察了不同条件下的电泳行为。方法： 以含４０ ｍ ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－ １ 脱氧胆酸钠的２０ ｍ ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－ １ 硼砂溶液（ｐＨ９－１１） 为运行缓冲液， 毛细管有效长度为５５ ｃｍ （ＩＤ７５ μｍ） ， 以肉桂酸为内标， 于２５４ ｎｍ 波长处测定。结果： 扑热息痛、扑尔敏、氯原酸和维生素Ｃ 的加样回收率分别为９９－６ ％ ， ９９－９％ ， ９９－３％ ， ９９－７ ％ ； ＲＳＤ 分别为１－０ ％ ， １－４％ ，１－７ ％ ， １－８ ％ 。结论： 本方法操作简便、快速、准确。
Objective:A micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic(MECC) method for the simultaneous determination of four active constituents (chlorogenic acid,acetaminophen,chlorphenamine maleate and vitamin C) in V C Yinqiao tablets was developed.Method:The running buffer solution was 20 mmol·L -1 sodium borate buffer(pH 9 11) added 40 mmol·L -1 SDC.The internal standard was cinnamic acid.The capillary column efficient length was 55 cm(ID 75 μm).Results:The recoveries of acetaminophen,chlorphenamine maleate,chlorogenic acid and vitamin C were 99 6%,99 9%,99 3% and 99 7%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
