摘要
针对川东北海相气井工程地质特征与测试现状,从RTTS封隔器自身、地层、井筒、工况等原因出发,对RTTS封隔器失封原因进行了深入研究,形成了一套有针对性的防失封技术对策,主要包括对封隔器本体、胶皮筒、水力锚的优选改进以及井筒准备措施和作业过程控制措施等。
Based on engineering geological features and testing result of marine gas wells in northeastern Sichuan Basin,some causes of RTTS packer failure are studied in terms of itself,and formation,wellbore and working condition.After that,some countermeasures against failure are taken,including the improvement and optimization of packer body,casing,and hydraulic anchor,the wellbore preparation,and the procedure controlling.These countermeasures have been widely applied to 15 layers of No.7 well and their success ratio reaches 100 %。 These may provide a technical guarantee for safe and high-effective testing in ' three-high ' gas wells.
