摘要
为提高学校管理部门管理效率、保证公寓管理质量,设计了基于Visual FoxPro 8.0开发模式的大学生公寓管理系统,实现公寓管理工作的智能化,本系统设计共分为5大模块:查询模块、成员删除模块、数据维护模块、打印模块和退出模块,并划分了一般用户和超级用户权限,满足了学校对学生信息、寝室信息、管理员信息和宿舍费用等信息的日常工作管理,具有灵活方便、简单易操作等优点,使公寓管理更加规范化。
In order to improve the management efficiency in colleges and guarantee the management quality in its dormitory,a college dormitory system is developed in the basis of Visual FoxPro 8.0,realizing intellectualized dormitory management.This system includes five modules,which are inquiry,deleting,data maintenance,printing and quit.By dividing the authority of ordinary user and super user,it caters to college authority in the daily information management of students,dormitory,supervisors and dormitory cost.With the merit of convenient and flexible and easy to operate,it makes the dormitory management more standardized.
