摘要
通过采用流动注射分析仪对地表水中的总氮测定实验,该方法的检出限、空白值、标准曲线的相关系数、水样的加标回收以及准确度和精密度表明此法令人满意,与碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法的比对试验无显著差异。同时,具有操作简便、快速、高效的优点,并能处理大批量的样品。
By using flow injection analyzer, the experiment of determination of total nitrogen in surface water was car- riedout, and the results of the method detection limit, blank value, the correlation coefficient of standard curve, water re- covery and the accuracy and precision were satisfactory, and the alkaline potassium persulfate digesti metric method the comparison test showed no significant difference.
