摘要
介绍威顿(中国)一期新增HRS(低温热能回收系统)工艺流程、特点和主要设备,以及主装置相关配套HRS技术改造工作。装置自2011年12月投产以来运行稳定,转化率、吸收率等工艺指标均达到设计要求。低压饱和蒸汽日增产近50%,充分利用了废热,提高了经济效益。
The process, characteristics and major equipment, as well as the master device supporting new HRS (low - temperature heat recovery system) transformation work of Wyhon (China) Chemcial Co. , Ltd. were introduced. Since put into operation in December 2011, the plant ran smoothly with all process indexes including conversion and absorption efficiencies up to the design requirements. Daily yield of low - pressure saturated steam stimulation was nearly 50% with the full use of waste heat and improving economic efficiency.
