摘要
为解决炼油化工一体化企业蒸汽管网系统压力不匹配及局部管段存在的压阻瓶颈问题,中国石油独山子石化公司利用现有计算机技术,针对蒸汽管网实际开发出蒸汽管网模拟优化软件系统(DSZ-PROSS,Dushanzi Pipenetwork Rigorous Online Simulation System)。采用DSZ-PROSS对蒸汽管网系统进行整体优化后,1.0 MPa蒸汽用量可降低4.75万t/a,发电量可增加23.2 GW.h/a。
In order to resolve the pressure - dismatching problem in steam pipe network of a refi- ning- chemical integrated enterprise and the bottle- neck problem of pressure loss in some pipe sections, Dushanzi Pipenetwork Rigorous Online Simulation System was developed by using the available comput- er technologies. After overall optimization, the con-sumption of 1.0 MPa steam could be decreased by 47.5 kt/a, and the power generation capacity could increased by 23.2 GW · h/a.
