摘要
目的:分析香柏(变种)中的主要黄酮类化学成分.方法:采用高效液相色谱法-电喷雾-质谱联用的方法对香柏(变种)主要化学成分进行定性研究,并对香柏(变种)中黄酮类化合物的质谱裂解规律进行了初步探讨.色谱柱为C18UltimnteTMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-4﹪醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速为0.8 mL/min;进样量10μL,负离子模式采集.结果:鉴定出香柏(变种)中4种主要黄酮类成分.结论:通过高效液相色谱法-电喷雾-质谱联用分析获得了香柏(变种)中主要黄酮类化合物,为该植物的质量控制提供了科学依据.
Objective: To study the main components of the plants of Sabina pingii(Cheng ex Ferre)Cheng et W. T. Wang var. wilsonii(Rehd.)Cheng et L. K. Fu. Methods: HPLC-ESI-MS is used to identify the main components in Pingii var. Wilsonii. And the MS fragmentation pathway of the main flavonoids is investgated. The mobile phase of HPLC consists of 4% HOAC in water and acetonitrile, analytical column is C18 UltimnteTM Cls (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5um), flow rate 0.8 mL/min, injected volume 10uL. The ionization source is ESI in negative ion mode. Result: Four flavonoid compounds are identified by comparing retention time, m/z and ESI-MSn data with standard compounds. Conclusion: The structural information of flavonoids is obtained via HPLC-ESI-MSn, which provides an accurate and fast method to identify the flavonoid and provides more scientific information for quality control ofSabina Pingii var. Wilsonii.
