摘要
目的通过分析与科学研究,在不同的麻醉方法下,对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血液流变学的影响。方法对80例患者进行全身麻醉或者硬膜外阻滞麻醉,观察研究通过麻醉前后不同麻醉方法对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液流变学的影响,比较血液流变的变化。在80例患者中,有40例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和40例非糖尿病患者。分为糖尿病硬膜外阻滞麻醉组,糖尿病全身麻醉组,非糖尿病硬膜外阻滞麻醉组和非糖尿病全身麻醉组。结果经过麻醉以后,糖尿病患者通过硬膜外阻滞组麻醉全血低切和高切粘度、低切和高切还原粘度较麻醉前降低;全身麻醉组血液流变学指标与麻醉前相比无显著性差异;硬膜外阻滞麻醉组的全血高切粘度比全身麻醉组低。结论连续硬膜外麻醉使Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血液粘滞性降低,有益于患者脏器的血流灌注。
Objective To explore and analyze the influence of different anesthesia methods on hemorheology in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.Methods 40 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and 40 patients without type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus received the general anaesthesia or epidural anesthesia.The changes of hemorheology in patients with different anesthesia methods were observed.80 patients were divided into 4 groups:the diabetic epidural anesthesia group,the diabetic general anesthesia group,the non-diabetic epidural anesthesia group and the non-diabetic general anesthesia group.Results After anesthesia,patients with diabetic epidural anesthesia had lower levels of blood high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity compared with pre-anesthesia.The differences of hemorheology indexes in patients with general anesthesia between pre-anesthesia and post-anesthesia were not statistically significant.The blood high shear viscosity in patients with epidural anesthesia was higher than patients with general anesthesia.Conclusions Continuous epidural anesthesia can lower the blood viscosity in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus,which is beneficial to blood perfusion of abdominal organs.
