摘要
为进一步降低大豆脱粒机工作时的籽粒破碎率,在借鉴传统大豆脱粒机工作原理的基础上,采取双滚筒分段脱粒方式,设计一种低损伤双滚筒大豆脱粒机。两滚筒工作有序,在确保大豆分离彻底的同时,减小了整机长度,降低了功率损耗。
In order to reduce the damage to the soybean kernels, a double-roller soybean thresher is designed and its main impacting force is studied. The devised machine is based on the working principle of traditional soybean shellers and it can further reduce the damage rate to the soybean kernels. The two rollers can accomplish and ensure a thorough threshing in an orderly way while the length of the machine and its power loss are reduced.
