摘要
现代社会中媒体身份的复杂性决定了其在公共危机管理中作用的二重性。媒体伦理是媒体组织在公共危机管理中发挥积极作用并避免消极影响的基本保障。在公共危机事件的预警防范中,媒体应当尽量追求和维护公共利益的实现,积极承担社会责任,客观、公正、及时、准确地把信息传递给公众,发挥好化解危机或提供警示的作用。公共危机事件一旦发生,媒体应当具有大局意识,报道要理性、客观、准确,避免情绪化,同时,还要担负起凝聚人心和激发公众热情的职责。
In modern times, the complexity of media identity determines its dual roles in public crisis management. Media ethics is a guarantee that ensures media organizations a positive role in public crisis management. In the preventions of public crisis incidents, the media organizations need to equip themselves with a sense of overall situation and deliver objective and accurate information in a rational way to the public so as to resolve crisis and provide warning. Meanwhile, the media should strive to build solidarity and enthusiasm among the public.
