腐蚀坑应力集中系数影响分析 被引量:5

Analysis for the Effects of Stress Concentration Factor of Corrosion Pits

摘要 利用KH-7700型三维显微镜对经过预腐蚀的6151/T6铝合金材料的腐蚀坑三维形貌进行测量分析,发现可以将腐蚀坑近似为规则的半椭球体。对不同加速腐蚀时间的腐蚀坑测量数据统计分析,得到腐蚀坑的三维尺寸比值一般不超过4,极少达到10。基于ABAQUS6.10有限元软件,对含不同形貌、不同位置腐蚀坑的试验件进行应力集中系数分析发现,不同形貌的腐蚀坑随着b/c的增大,应力集中系数逐渐变小,而a/c增大,应力集中系数逐渐变大;对于同一腐蚀坑,试验件在不同位置引起的应力集中,其影响变化不大,大约在5%以内。 Corrosion pits three-dimensional shapes of 6151/T6 aluminum alloy after pre-eorrosion were measured and an- alyzed by KH- 7700 three-dimensional microscope, then corrosion pits could be equivalent to inerratic semi-ellipsoid. Through the statistics and analysis of corrosion pits measurement data for different accelerated corrosion time, the three-di- mensional dimension ratio of corrosion pits was generally not more than 4, rarely up to 10. Stress concentration factors for specimen with corrosion pits with different morphologies and locations were analyzed based on the software of ABAQUS6.10. For the corrosion pits with different morphologies, stress concentration factor was becoming smaller with b/c increasing, and it was becoming larger with a/e increasing. The impact for the stress concentration caused by the same corrosion pit in different locations changed small within 5 %.
