New Development of Cordierite-based Glass-Ceramics

摘要 堇青石基微晶玻璃所具有的低介电常数、低热膨胀系数、高化学稳定性等一些优异性能,使其成为了电子应用领域的潜质材料。近年来,人们在改善烧结、促进整体析晶以及优化制备工艺等方面均取得了众多成果。综述了近年来国内外研究现状,包括材料性能的改善、晶化行为的研究及新用途的开发等。在此基础上,对前人研究中存在的问题进行了简要分析,最后展望了堇青石基微晶玻璃材料的发展趋势。 Cordierite-based glass-ceramics are potential candidates in electronic applications because of their low dielectric constants, low thermal expansion coefficients, high chemical durability, and other excellent features. In recent years,promoting sintering, achieving volume nucleation ,and optimizing procession are made. The research situation of cordierite-based glass-ceramics are reviewed, including improving properties, researching crystallization behavior and developing new applications. Then the existing problems are analyzed. The future tendency of cordierite-based glass- ceramics are also represented finally.
