板栗壳活性炭的制备及其对Cr^(6+)的吸附处理 被引量:5

摘要 对制备板栗壳活性炭及其吸附处理Cr6+的条件进行了研究,结果表明,制备板栗壳活性炭的最佳工艺条件为活化温度500℃,活化时间100 min,ZnCl2浓度300 g/L,板栗壳与ZnCl2溶液的料液比1∶3(m/V,g∶mL);吸附处理Cr6+的最佳条件为含Cr6+的废水pH 2~3,在常温下,用3.2 mg/mL活性炭吸附处理含20 mg/L Cr6+的模拟废水,以130 r/min振荡60 min,在此条件下对Cr6+的去除率可达98%以上,处理后Cr6+残余浓度低于第一类污染物的最高允许排放浓度;1 mol/L HCl对板栗壳活性炭的再生效果优于1 mol/L NaCl,且再生后的板栗壳活性炭对Cr6+仍有较好的吸附效果。 Active carbon was prepared from chestnut shell and applied for adsorbing Cr6+.The experimental results showed that the optimal processing conditions were,activation temperature,500 ℃;activation time,100 min;ZnCl2 concentration,300 g/L;the solid to liquid ratio of chestnut shell to ZnCl2 solution,1∶3.The optimal conditions for adsorbing Cr6+ were,pH of waste water with Cr6+,2~3;at room temperature,when 3.2 mg/mL active carbon was used to adsorb wastewater with 20 mg/L Cr6+,the removal rate of Cr6+ could be up to 98% if oscillating at 130 r/min for 60 min.The concentration of Cr6+ in treated water was lower than the maximum allowable emission concentration of the first class of pollutants.The regeneration effect of 1 mol/L HCl was better than 1 mol/L NaCl for chestnut shell active carbon,which still had good adsorbing effect on Cr6+ when it was regenerated.
