斜井和垂直井射孔完井产能比的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 对于垂直井射孔完井的布孔方式和其产能预测均已有成熟的理论和技术,但对于斜井和大斜度的布孔方式还需要深入系统地研究。为此,将斜井划分为小斜度井、中斜度井和大斜度井,根据此划分确定了最优的布孔方式。当井为中斜度井时,射孔方式只采用90°相位角射孔;当井为大斜度井时,可以采用井眼下半部120°布孔和180°布孔方式射孔。根据提出的斜井布孔方式,推导出了中斜度井、大斜度井与垂直井产能比的定量关系式,为斜井射孔完井产能预测提供了准确的数学模型。结果表明,当井斜角小于20°时,直井和斜井的产能比几乎没有变化,随着井斜角的增大,斜井的产能比比直井的产能比有所下降。三种布孔方式中,120°布孔的斜井射孔完井的产能比下降较小,其次180°布孔,下降最严重的是90°布孔方式。因此,对于大斜度井,最好采用120°布孔方式进行射孔完井。 It has the mature theory and technology about the perforated types and productivity prediction of the vertical well,but the perforated types of the inclined well need to be studied further.The deviated well was divided into three types in this paper:small inclination directional well,medium inclination directional well and high angle directional well,and the optimal perforated types were determined.The perforated type is only 900 phasing perforation when the well is the medium inclination directional well;the perforated type is 1200 and 1800 phasing perforation when the well is the high angle directional well.Based on the perforated types of deviated well presented in this paper,the quantitative relation of the productivity ratio between the medium and high angle directional well and the vertical well was deduced,it provided the accurate mathematical models for the productivity prediction of the perforated comple-tion in the deviated well.The calculation results showed:the productivity ratio of the vertical well and the deviated well was not changed when the inclined angle was less than 20°,compared the vertical well,the productivity ratio of the deviated well was decreased slightly with the deviation angle increased.In the three perforated types,the drop of the productivity ratio of the 120° hole siting in the inclined well was smaller,of the 180° hole siting was bigger,the decline of the productivity ratio of the 90° hole siting was most severe.The perforated completion of the high angle directional well was better to adopt the 120° hole siting.
