摘要
气力输送是一种比较省力且便于实现自动化的输送方式,正确合理的气力输送控制系统设计能使其发挥最大效益。以某2×25 MW电站项目粉煤灰气力输送控制系统设计为例,采用PLC的气力输送控制系统设计,选用西门子S7-300可编程控制器,使控制系统更简便、灵活、经济、可靠。介绍了气力输送系统的工艺流程,分析了其PLC系统的软、硬件环境及编程方法。
Pneumatic conveying is a convenient conveying way that can realize automatic control.A proper design of pneumatic conveying control system can bring it into best play.Based an example of the design of control system for fly ash pneumatic conveying of a 2×25 MW power plant,the PLC pneumatic conveying control system design selects Siemens S7-300 PLC which can realize a simple,flexible,economic and reliable control system.The process follow for the pneumatic conveying system is described,and the software and hardware environment of its PLC system,and programming method are analyzed.
