含碳含汞天然气的脱汞设计优化 被引量:4

摘要 随着近年来天然气处理厂中因汞所导致的事故的频发,汞的危害受到日益关注。在天然气处理厂中,汞的存在会对铝制板翅式换热器产生严重腐蚀,因此,必须进行脱汞处理。介绍了常规脱汞方法,结合汞在天然气处理厂中的分布图,对目前国内运行中的含汞天然气处理厂脱汞流程的利弊进行了详细的分析。考虑到中国海洋石油近年开发的南海某气田天然气含碳、含汞,同时,考虑回收脱碳系统的二氧化碳废气,针对这一特殊性,对含碳、含汞天然气的脱汞设计进行了优化。为使汞对生产设备、产品质量及环境的影响降至最低,建议尽可能在源头脱汞。 Due to the frequently occurred accidents caused by the mercury in the gas processing plant in recent years,the hazards of the mercury were increasingly concerned. The mercury must be removed to avoid the corrosion of the plate-fin heat exchanger in the gas processing plant. Several conventional demercuration methods were introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of the demercuration process were analyzed according to the mercury distribution in the gas processing plant. On the basis of the carbon and mercury-containing natural gas in a gas field in South China Sea developed in recent years by CNOOC and recycling of carbon dioxide emissions of the removal system , the demercuration design for the carbon and mercury-containing natural gas was optimized. In order to minimize the impact of the mercury on the production equipments,product quality,and environment,suggestion on the demercuration in the source as far as possible was put forward.
