摘要
目的调查西北某部官兵牙结石与牙周疾病情况,为我军开展口腔疾病医疗保健提供依据。方法 2011年3—5月采用现场口腔检查同时记录结果的方式对643名西北某部官兵进行牙结石与牙周疾病流行情况调查,应用Foxpro 6.0软件建立数据库并应用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果 643名官兵中牙结石检出率为49.5%,牙龈炎发病率为5.8%,早期牙周炎发病率为1.6%,晚期牙周炎发病率为0.2%;牙周健康平均区段数为3.89±0.23,牙龈炎平均区段数为0.70±0.14,牙结石平均区段数为1.35±0.20,早期牙周炎平均区段数为0.05±0.05,晚期牙周炎平均区段数为0.01±0.02。来自城市、城镇、乡村的官兵分别有184、181、278名,不同地区来源的官兵牙结石检出率、人均检出区段数及牙周疾病发病率、人均患病区段数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该部官兵防控牙结石、牙龈炎、牙周炎是口腔健康面临的重要问题,做好口腔健康保健、定期进行口腔检查和重视口腔疾病的早期治疗对预防官兵口腔疾病极其重要。
Objective To investigate the status of calculus dentalis and periodontal diseases of the officers and the soldiers in northwest of China in order to provide basis for further prevention and treatment of oral diseases in PLA.Methods 643 officers and soldiers’ status of dental calculus and periodontal diseases in northwest of China from March to May 2011 were examined by locus in quo oral examination and the results were recorded.Databases were established by Foxpro 6.0 and statistical analysis conducted by SPSS 11.5.Results The results showed that the rates of dental calculus,gingivitis,early periodontal diseases and advanced periodontal disease were 49.5%,5.8%,1.6% and 0.2% respectively.Average sector number of periodontal health,gingivitis section number,dental calculus section number,early periodontal diseases and advanced periodontal disease were 3.89±0.23,0.70±0.14,1.35±0.20,0.05±0.05 and 0.01±0.02.Numbers of the officers and soldiers in northwest of China from city,town and country were 184,181 and 278 respectively.There was no statistical significance in rates of dental calculus and periodontal diseases in different regions(P〉0.05).Conclusion A severe problem exists in status of dental calculus and periodontal diseases.Periodontitis need prevention and therapy in time.It is very important for officers and soldiers to prevent mouth diseases with oral health care,regular examinations and early treatment.
