摘要 在风电建设过程中,设备吊装事故频发。分析表明,多数事故是由于管理缺失造成的,可以通过开展危险源分析和采取预防措施进行有效控制。风电机组吊装危险源的控制,首先应从人员管理入手,加强参建人员准入管理,认真做好安全培训。此外要做好设备、机械的进场检验和过程控制。通过实践证明,只要正确辨识风险,积极推进风电设备吊装管理的制度化和标准化,就可以从根本上遏制重特大事故的发生,实现吊装工作的本质安全。 In the process of wind power construction, equipment hoisting accidents happen frequently. Analysis shows that most accidents are caused by management deficiencies, which can be controlled effectively by carrying out analysis of danger sources and taking precautionary measures. Starting from personnel management, controlling the danger sources of wind turbine generator hoisting requires strengthening admittance management of cooperated-building personnel, serious safety training and well approach inspection together with process control of equipment and machinery. It has been proved upon practice that correct identification towards risks and active promotion of the institutionalization and standardization of hoisting management of wind power equipment can fundamentally prevent the happening of major and serious accidents and realize the intrinsic safety of hoisting.
