摘要 传统抢答器多采用模拟电路或者数字电路,随着功能的增多,存在电路设计复杂,故障率高,显示方式简单或者没有,系统扩展困难等缺点。本设计利用可编程控制器制作抢答器,使得系统抗干扰能力强,运行稳定可靠。程序设计中,采用自锁与互锁相结合来实现选手的抢答过程,利用P L C的位组合元件及同步化处理实现数码管显示,可解决P L C控制系统显示中存在的占用输出点数多、执行时间长等一些实际问题。对系统进行现场模拟调试,调试结果表明系统运行稳定,数字显示清晰,无闪烁现象。 The traditional responders use largely analog circuits or digital circuits.with the increase in functionality, it has some shortcomings, such as the circuit design complexity, high failure rate, simple or no display, expansion difficult,and so on. The paper designs the responder based on the programmable controller which has a powerful ability against interference and makes the system stable and reliable operation.In the program design, it uses self-locking and interlocking to achieve the answering process, using bit- combination components and synchronization processing to realize LED's display.These solutions solve some practical problems, such as too many outputs taken up, too much time taken by performance, and so on. Through on-site simulation of the system, the results show that this system is stable,and figures are shown clearly and flicker-free phenomenon.
