摘要
目的探讨复方氨基酸注射液(9AA)中焦亚硫酸钠含量的测定方法。方法通过专属性试验、准确度试验、线性试验、重复性试验验证紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-VIS法)能准确测定9AA中焦亚硫酸钠的含量。结果该方法专属性、准确度、线性和重复性均符合要求。结论 UV-VIS法能准确测定9AA中焦亚硫酸钠的含量。
Objective A UV - VIS method was established for determination of Sodium Pyrosulfite in 9AA. Methods After specificity Testing, accuracy testing, linearity testing, precision testing, UV - VIS method was validated that it could determine Sodium Pyrosulfite in 9AA accurately. Results The specificity, accuracy, linearity, precision could meet the re- quirements. Conclusion UV -VIS method can test the content of Sodium Pyrosulfite in 9AA accurately.
