摘要
目的 :观察槟榔水煎剂对大鼠膀胱逼尿肌肌条收缩活动的影响并探讨可能的作用机理。方法 :将肌条置于离体平滑肌灌流肌槽内 ,用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果 :槟榔剂量依赖性增加肌条的张力和收缩波平均振幅 ,对频率无影响。异搏定和阿托品可阻断槟榔的兴奋作用 ;六烃季胺 ,酚妥拉明和消炎痛可部分阻断槟榔增高肌条张力的效应 ,但不影响收缩波平均振幅。结论 :槟榔兴奋大鼠逼尿肌肌条的作用经由胆碱能M受体和细胞膜L型Ca2 +通道发挥作用 ,部分作用也可能同胆碱能N受体 。
Objective:To study the effect of decoction of semen Arecae (SA) on contractile activity of isolated bladder detrusor urinae of rat and the possible mechanism.Methods:Bladder detrusor urinae of rat were suspended in smooth muscle chambers and contractile activity were observed.Results:SA dose dependently increased the resting tension and the mean contractile amplitude significantly in vitro. The verapamil and atropine blocked the excitatory effect, and hexamethonium, phentolamine and indometacin only inhibited the effect of increasing the resting tension partially, but didn't effect the mean contractile amplitude. Conclusion:SA possessed the exciting action on the isolated bladder detrusor urinae strips of rat. The effect of SA was mediated via L Ca 2+ channel and cholinergic M receptors, and partially via cholinergic N receptors, adrenergic α receptors and synthesis of prostaglandin.
