摘要
针对水利水电工程除险,分析了自然灾害导致工程险情的主要特点,探讨了紧急处置的安全性评价、处置方案确定和应急技术预案研究,阐述了工程抢险施工技术的重点研究对象、重点研究内容和一般研究方法。
Aiming at the risk-elimination for water resources and hydropower project, the main characteristics of the engineering risks caused by natural disasters are analyzed herein, and then the safety assessment on the emergency treatment, determination of the treatment scheme and the study on the emergency technical pre-plan are discussed, simultaneously, the key study objectives, key study contents and general study methods of the techniques for the emergency construction are expatiated as well.
