多重对应分析在评价男性不育与氟暴露关系中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Multiple Correspondence Analyses to Assess Relevance between Male Infertility and Fluoride Exposure

摘要 目的探讨多重对应分析(multiple correspondence analysis,MCA)方法在评价氟暴露与男性不育关系中的应用。方法 2010—2011年调查贵州省208例农村男性居民的用煤情况、氟斑牙情况及生育情况,整理成三维列联表,采用MCA分析其生育情况及用煤情况、炉灶改良、氟斑牙程度等之间的关系。结果 MAC关联图显示,牙齿正常、不常用煤同在第一象限且距离很近,即在很少用煤的家庭也很少见到氟斑牙,说明该地氟斑牙与燃煤型氟暴露有关;已生育且曾流产独在第二象限;常用煤但炉灶改良、轻度及以下氟斑牙、已生育且无流产同在第三象限,说明氟暴露较轻的人群生育能力一般改变不明显,流产的可能性也较低;中度重度氟斑牙、从未妊娠过、常用煤且炉灶未改良、未生育但曾妊娠同在第四象限且相隔较近,反映出氟暴露严重的人群生育不正常甚至不育的可能性更高。结论该省部分男性村民的生育情况与其用煤情况、氟斑牙程度等因素有较强的对应关系,提示高氟暴露为男性不育的危险因素。MCA能直观展示氟暴露与生育情况等变量间的联系,可作为病因探索的重要工具。 Objective To explore the application of multiple correspondence analysis(MCA) to assess the relevance between male infertility and fluoride exposure. Methods The survey collected the data of 208 male cases about their coal used, dental fluorosis, fertility situations, etc. in rural regions in Guizhou province, and a three--dimensional contingertcy table was built, then MCA was offered to analyze their relevance. Results In MCA plot, dots of "normal teeth" and "seldom used coal" were near in the first quadrant; dots of "often used coal but improved stoves", "slight and below slight grade of dental fluorosis", "had children without abortions" were close and all located in the third quadrant; dots of "moderate and severe dental fluorosis", "never been pregnant", "often used coal and unimproved stoves", and "no children but pregnant" were all located in the fourth quadrant; while no characters were found to correspond with "had children with abortions" in the seeond quadrant. Conclusion A significant correspondence is existed between fertility situations, coal used and dental fluorosis in male-rural residents in Guizhou province, which suggests that fluoride exposure is a risk factor for male infertility, moreover, MCA can show the relevance between fluoride exposure and fertility situations intuitively, so it can be used as an important tool in etiology exploring.
