摘要
目的:了解结核分枝杆菌对几种常用抗结核药的耐药性。方法:采用绝对浓度法,将每种药品配制高低2种浓度,加至改良罗氏培养基中,再接种临床分离的结核杆菌菌株,观察细菌的生长情况。结果:202株临床分离结核分枝杆菌对异烟肼、链霉素硫酸盐、乙胺丁醇、利福平、对氨基水杨酸的耐药率分别为25.7%、22.3%、5.9%、32.2%、11.4%;全部耐药菌株约占3.5%。结论:乙胺丁醇可作为结核病治疗的有效药物之一,结核分枝杆菌对几种抗结核药的耐药率有不同程度的提高,临床工作中,应增加药敏试验药物品种。
Objective: To determine the drug susceptibility of some Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) to antitubercular agents. Methods:Absolute concentration method was used for drug susceptibility tests for the anti-tubercular agents. All strains isolated from the clinic were cultured using Lowenstein-Jensen medium which had two kinds of high and low drug concentration. Results:The drug resistance rate of INH,SM,EMB, RFP and PAS were 25.7% ,22.3% ,5.9% ,32.2% and 11.4% respectively. About 3.5% of all the strains were resistant to all anti-tuberculosis drugs. Conclusions:EMB can be used as one of effective drugs for treating tuberculosis. Compared with the other domestic researches, the drug resistance rate of these anti-tubercular agents were rised. In the clinical work, we should increase the drug varieties of drug sensitive test.
