倒置liss钢板内固定治疗高龄患者股骨转子间粉碎性骨折可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨采用倒置对侧Liss钢板治疗高龄患者股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的可行性。方法对2008年6月~2011年6月期间采用倒置对侧Liss钢板治疗70岁以上高龄股骨转子间粉碎性骨折患者24例进行疗效进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者进行6~24个月随访,平均12个月,1例患者出现术后1周不当搬运后髋内翻畸形,其他患者均愈合良好,对位对线满意,无钢板螺钉松动断裂,无2期移位病例。结论 Liss钢板对于大转子粉碎性骨折不适合髓内系统内固定,手术耐受性差,合并其他系统较多并发疾病患者提供一种创伤小,疗效较满意的治疗方法,缩短了卧床时间,降低了卧床并发症和致残率,减轻疼痛,改善护理难度。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of the contralateral inverted Less invasive stabilization system ( Liss ) in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures. Methods 24 patients over 70 years old who used the contralateral in- verted Liss for intertroehanteric fractures were retrospectively analyzed between June 2008 and June 2011. Results All pa- tients were followed up for 6 to 24 months ( an average of 12 months). One week after operation a patient developed varus de- formity because of improper handling while others healed well and the bone position was satisfactory. Among the other 23 pa- tients there was no case of plate or screw loosening, and no displacement occurred in the second stage. Conclusion The in- verted Less invasive stabilization system is suitable for the comminuted greater trochanter fracture which is not suitable for intr- amedullary fixation system. It is a less invasive and more satisfactory surgery for the injured. Also it will shorten the time of treatment, reduce complications and disability, alleviate pain and improve the effect of care.
