摘要
为解决已有转速测量方法动态范围受限,需附加测量元件影响转动与测量精度等问题,本文提出了一种基于线阵CCD的转速传感器。利用固定于转轴上的特殊设计条纹的反射,将转动变换成平动,利用CCD在微位移检测方面的优势,再结合高灵敏度的PIN管作为位置标志,同时实现了在低速和高速范围内的非接触、实时性测量。转速测量实验表明,本文传感器在0~8 000r/min内,分辨率可达0.86r/min,平均相对误差为0.59%,线性度为1.6%。
To solve the problems in existing rotational measuring methods such as the limits of dynamic measuring range, the reqcirement of extra load on the rolling shaft,which influences the rotation and accuracy, a rotational velocity transducer based on linear CCD is presented. Rotation of the measured shaft is transformed into translation through reflection of the specially designed strip on the shaft. By making use of CCD's superior capacity in micro-displacement detection and employing high sensitive PIN diode as a flag of position, the measuring system is proposed with good real-time capacity in non-contact meas- urement of low to high speed. Experimental results demonstrate a good linearity of 1.6%, a relative error of 0. 59% on average and a resolution of O. 86 r/min within the measuring range of 0-8 000 r/min.
