摘要
采用粉煤灰吸附—石灰沉淀处理高浓度含氟废水。正交实验得到的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度10℃,石灰加入量3.0 g/mL,反应时间60 min,废水pH 6.88。在此最佳工艺条件下处理F-质量浓度为150 mg/L的含氟废水,F-去除率为97.53%。Mn2+,Fe3+,Mg2+,Al3+,Zn2+单独存在时,随5种阳离子质量浓度增大,F-去除率略有增加;当5种阳离子共同存在且质量浓度均大于500 mg/L时,F-去除率下降。PO43-,SO42-,CO32-,NO3-单独存在时对F-去除率影响不大;当4种阴离子共同存在且质量浓度均大于800 mg/L时,F-去除率低于对照实验。
High-concentration fluoride-containing wastewater was treated by fly ash adsorption-lime precipitation process. The optimum process conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 10℃, lime dosage 3.0 g/mL, reaction time 60 min, wastewater pH 6.88. Under the optimum conditions and with 150 mg/L of influent F-mass concentration, the F-removal rate is 97.53%. When Mn^2+, Fe^3+, Mg^2+, Al^3+ or Zn^2+ are existing in the wastewater respectively, the F-removal rate is increased a little with the increasing of each cation mass concentration; When the 5 cations are coexisting in the wastewater with more than 500 mg/L of each cation mass concentration, the F- removal rate is decreased. When PO4^3-, SO4^2-, CO3^2- or NO3^- is existing in the wastewater respectively, their effects on the F-removal rate are little; When the 4 anions are coexisting in the wastewater with more than 800 mg/L of each anion mass concentration, the F-removal rate is lower than that in the controlled experiment.
