摘要
将油气管道理想化为无限长的磁性材料圆柱腔,根据静磁场理论中的磁通连续性原理,分析了管道对地磁场不同方向分量的屏蔽系数,推导出油气管道内剩余地磁场强度与管道走向之间的关系,建立了管道内三轴磁传感器采集数据的数学模型,通过大量现场实验数据验证本模型。在管道走向检测领域具有重要意义,研究成果具有广阔的应用前景。
The oil pipeline is considered as an infinite length cavity cylinder made of magnetic material, and accord- ing to the principle of magnetic flux continuity, we analyze the shielding factor of the pipeline for earth magnetic field components in different directions. The relationship between the residual geomagnetic field inside the pipeline and the direction of the pipeline is deduced, and the mathematic model of the acquired magnetometer data in the pipeline is built. Huge amount of field experiment data verify the correctness of the model, which has great importance in the field of pipeline route detection. The study results have a broad application prospect.
