摘要
简要介绍了资本的定义及构成,结合目前我国金融现状,针对商业银行如何加强经济资本管理,提升经营管理水平进行了探讨,提出应提高思想认识,合理占用资本,加大考核力度,准确计量,从而实现新形势下的可持续发展。
With a brief introduction on the definition and composition of capital, combining with current domestic financial status, the paper ex- plores how to strengthen economic capital management and improve operation management level, and puts forward some suggestions, such as en- hancing recognition, rationally occupying the capital, strengthening examination and accurately measurement monitoring, so as to realize sustain- able development under new era.
