摘要
对钢制闸阀阀杆与闸板进行了拉伸试验,并对试验不合格结果进行分类及分析,介绍了拉伸时阀杆与闸板危险截面的受力状态和计算方法。并依据相关计算公式,对如何提高闸阀阀杆与闸板的可靠性提出了初步意见。
In accordance with the standards requirement,the tensile test on the steel gate valve stem and the gate was carried on,the unqualified test results was analyzed,stress and calculation methods of the dangerous cross-section of the stem and the gate was introduced.And according to the formula,its own views was presented to improve the reliability of the valve stem and gate.
