摘要
数字图像相关方法被广泛应用于材料微尺度力学行为的研究,但是按照时间序列(顺序)对金属试件微区塑性变形进行测试时,该方法可能失效。探讨数字图像相关方法顺序测试过程的失效原因,提出逆序测试过程并验证其可行性。依据金属单边缺口试件在不同载荷下的变形测试结果,提出利用相关系数作为数字图像相关方法顺序测试过程的失效判据,并采用数字图像相关方法逆序测试过程测试某载荷下试件微区的水平位移场。研究扩展了数字图像相关方法的适用范围,使之能准确测试金属试件微区的大塑性变形。
Digital image correlation (DIC) method is widely applied to investigate the micro-scale mechanical behavior of materials. However, this method may be invalid when it is used to measure the micro-region plastic deformathion of the metal specimen in time order (sequence). The reasons for the invalidation of the sequence DIC have been analysed; inverse sequence DIC has been proposed and verified. According to the measured deformation of the metal single edge notch bend specimen, correlation coefficient is suggested to be taken as the criterion for the invalidation of sequence DIC. Furthermore, inverse sequence DIC is used to measure the horizontal displacement of the specimen. This research enlarges the applications of DIC, and makes this method suitable for the large plastic deformation measurement of the micro-region of the metal specimen.
