摘要
采用12-羟基硬脂酸与碱液皂化生成稠化剂来稠化菜籽油与对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的复配物,制备一种机车轮缘用的菜籽油-DOP润滑脂.探讨其不同配比对润滑脂性能的影响,在较佳配比的基础上研究添加剂的加入对润滑脂性能的影响.研究结果表明:当菜籽油与邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)的配比为6∶4时润滑脂性能较好,其滴点为148℃,锥入度为31.41mm.当石油磺酸钡作为防锈剂时,产品的防锈性能较好,达到2c级别.最大无卡咬负荷PB值为647N,与外购产品相比,增大了50.11%.
The compound of rapeseed oil and dioctyl phthalate(DOP) was thicken by using gelatinizer which was formed by saponification of the 12-oxystearic acid and calcium hydroxide to prepare a grease for locomotive wheel flange. On the basis of the better ratio of rapeseed oil and dioctyl phthalate, the influence of adding addtives on the properties of grease was studied. Experimental results show that when the ratio of rapeseed oil and dioctyI phthalate was 6 : 4, the lubricant overall performance is better. Its drop point is 148 ℃, and its penetration is 31.41 mm. When using petroleum sulfonate barium as the rust-preventing agent, the product rust prevention performance is better and could achieve 2c level. The maximum nonseizure load PB of the self-made grease is 647 N, and increased by 50.11% ,comparing with the purchased grease.
