摘要
挣值法作为一种先进的项目管理方法,在国际上已被普遍应用于项目进度-成本的综合控制。在挣值法及其改进方法的基础上,结合管理储备的思想,提出了定量化的决策模型和调整成本优化模型,进一步辅助项目经理采取合适的进度-成本纠偏措施。
Earned value management is a very important and effective method in monitoring project schedule and cost. This method is mainly used for analyzing schedule, cost variance and forecasting the unperfect project duration and cost. Combining with management reserve, it proposes a quantitative decision - making model based on earned value method and the improved model. This can help project manager to take proper action to correct schedule and cost variance.
