尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死196例的护理被引量：2

摘要目的观察尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效,总结治疗过程中的护理经验。方法选择我院2008年6月至2010年6月前来我院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者196例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各98例。在常规治疗基础上,治疗组静脉滴注尿激酶,对照组静脉滴注硝酸甘油、肝素钠。结果治疗组血管再通率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效确切,血管再率高,无明显副作用,值得在临床上推广应用,治疗时配合娴熟的护理技术是取得治疗成功的关键。
