摘要
本文通过对刀具切削参数进行分析研究,同时对VERICUT的优化原理进行了探索,建立了基于VERICUT刀具切削参数的优化模型,分析多种不同的优化方法。最后通过实例分析了基于VERICUT优化设计的过程,最终优化并改进不合理的加工轨迹,避免了实际加工过程中可能出现的异常现象,提高了数控机床加工功能和设计效率,时间减少了17.52%,降低了新产品研发的成本。
Through analysis of the cutting tool parameters and the optimization principle of VERICUT, this paper establishes a VERICUT tool - based cutting parameters optimization model to analyze a variety of dif- ferent optimization methods. Then the paper uses an example to analyze the VERICUT - based optimization of the design process, and to ultimately optimize and improve the processing path. The optimization avoids the anomalies that may occur in the actual processing, improves NC machining features and design efficiency, reduces time by 17.52%, and lowers new product development costs.
