摘要
目的:建立采用RP-HPLC法测定巴斯日陶克巴中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱(250mm×4.5mm,5μ);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速1ml.min-1;检测波长273nm;外标法定量。结果:没食子酸进样量在0.04915μg～0.983μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99996),加样回收率为98.07%,RSD为0.49%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为巴斯日陶克巴质量控制方法。
Objective ：To establish a method for the determination of Gallic acid in Basiertaokeba Pillsby RP - HPLC. Methods： Gallic acid was analyzed by RP- HPLC on Diamonsil -Cts column. The mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% H3 PO4 （15：85 ）. The flow rate was 1.0mL · rain-1. The detective wavelength was 273nm. Results：The linearity was good within the renge 0.049151μg ～ 0.983 μg（ r = 0.99996 ）. The average recovery was 98.07 % and RSD was 0.49% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determinatinn of Gallic acid in Basiritaokeba pills.
