摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙成药塔日努苏木朱尔散剂中大黄酚的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil RP-C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(85﹕15)为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温30℃。结果:本制剂中大黄酚进样浓度在0.00804~0.0804μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),加样回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.96%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可作为本品的质控方法。
Objective :To establish a method for the determination of chrysophanol in Tarinusumuzhuer with HPLC. Methods: The determination was performed by HPLC on ODS C18 column (250 ×46 mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid water ( 85 : 15) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min - 1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm, and the column tem- perature was maintained at 30℃. Results: The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.00804 - 0.0804? g· mL - 1 ( r = 0.9995 ). The average recovery rate of chrysophanol was 100.4%, with RSD being 1.96% ( n = 9). Conclusion: The detemination method is simp- Ie, accurate and reproducible, and suitabIe for the quality control of Tarinusumuzhuer.
