摘要
病险水库除险加固技术方案与病险类型、病害程度、风险大小、经济要求、环境要求、可持续发展等众多因素之间的关系错综复杂,往往导致难以选取最优的加固技术方案。本文在层次分析的基础上,利用灰色关系分析决策模型,提出了基于病险类型、病害程度及大坝风险的除险加固技术方案决策方法,使除险加固过程中技术方案的决策更具客观性和科学性。
Due to the complexity of correlation among the reinforcement alternatives and dangerous types, disease degree, risk size, economic requirements, environmental requirements, sustainable development and many other factors, it is generally difficult to determine the best reinforcement alternative. In this paper, the decision-making of reinforcement alternatives based on dangerous types, disease degree and dam risk is presented by using the grey correlation analysis model. It is proved that the decision-making of reinforcement alternatives for the dangerous reservoirs based on the proposed approach could be obtained objectively and scientifically.
