摘要
加强高等学校人文素质教育是我国高校改革的热点问题之一，也是世界高等教育发展的普遍趋势，它对于我国的精神文明建设和高等教育的发展都具有重要意义。加强人文素质教育不仅是一种教育口号．更应有它具体的实施途径和方法。
One of the goals of the reform in the colleges and universities is to enhance quality - oriented education in humanities, which is a universal tendancy in colleges and universities in other countries. It is of great significance not only in building a civilization with a high cultural and ideological level, but also in promoting the progress of higher education. There should be practical ways and approaches to meet this goal.
