摘要
采用VAR模型,以我国1985-2009年时间序列数据为基础,构建发明专利、实用新型专利、外观设计专利与技术进步之间的动态关系系统。通过Granger因果检验发现,发明专利与实用新型和外观设计专利之间存在单向的Granger因果关系,这表明发明专利对其他类型专利的增长均有促进作用,发明专利能够较好地促进我国的技术扩散;通过脉冲响应分析和方差分解方法分析,实用新型和外观设计专利能够促进技术进步,但发明专利的促进作用还不明显。
Using VAR model, we develop a dynamic relationship system among invention patent, utility model patent, de- sign patent and technical progress. Granger causality analysis shows that invention patent is the Granger reason which chan- ges utility model patent and design patent. This shows that invention patent has the role of promoting the other types of pa- tents, and invention patent is better able to promote our country' s technical diffusion. Through impulse response function and variance decomposition, utility model patent and design patent can promote technical progress, but the role of invention patent is not obvious.
