摘要
应用有限差分法建立大棒材热轧过程的温度模型。对轧制、高压水除鳞和空冷等过程进行模拟计算,得到轧件头尾的表面与内部温度分布规律。用此程序模拟计算某钢厂大棒材生产过程中的温度场,其计算值与实测值吻合较好。在此基础上分析了大棒材热轧过程中温度的变化规律。
The paper presents the application of finite differenee method to establish the temperature model of bar rolling process. Based on the simulation calculation of rolling process, high pressure water desealing and air cooling, obtain the distribution rule of external and internal temperature of rolling piece head and tail ends. The temperature field of simulation calculation for a certain bar rolling plant with this program is proven that the calculated value is basieally coineided with the actual value. Therefore, the paper analyses the regularities of temperature change during bar rolling process.
