Intermural Posts Internship Mode of Higher Vocational Students Based on CDIO:Research and Practice

摘要 毕业生"眼高手低"长期困扰我国高等教育,影响高校形象,部分导致毕业生"就业难"。其根源在于现行高校人才培养模式过于偏重理论教学而忽视项目实践,致使理论与实践严重脱节。CDIO工程项目教学强调全员参与,讲究分工协作,注重项目实践;校内岗位实习让学生在真实的岗位上、在教职工的指导下做实实在在的事情,面向人人,主张"做中学",有利于培养学生的自信心、责任心、实操能力、团队精神和项目能力,可以有效提高学生的职场竞争力。 Graduates' "having grandiose aims but puny abilities" has been a long-term problem in China's higher education. It has bad influence on schools' reputation and graduates' employment. Its root lies in the current personnel training model in Colleges and universities which lay particular stress on theoretical teaching and neglect the project practice. Therefore, it leads to a huge gap between theory and practice. CDIO project teaching emphasizes full participation, stresses collaboration and pays attention to the project practice. Intermural posts offer opportunities for students to do things under the guidance of teachers and advocate learning by doing. It is helpful to cultivate students' self-confidence, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and both practical and project ability, thus improving their career competitiveness.
