摘要
重点讨论了同相纱和相位纱的捻度结构特征以及2种自捻纱线的性能差异。从自捻纱线的结构特征来看,自捻纱线1个周期长度上存在3种纱段:有捻有捻纱段、有捻无捻纱段和无捻无捻纱段。相位差的存在就是使得无捻无捻纱段的长度减小。相位差的大小c值接近或等于无捻区长度b值时,使得无捻无捻纱段长度最小,所形成自捻纱线均为有捻有捻纱段和有捻无捻纱段,是自捻纱线结构中性能最好的纱段。实纺相位纱和同相纱的性能比较结果表明,相位差c值约等于无捻区长度b值时,自捻纱线强度和伸长性能较好。
This paper mainly discussed the twist structures of two self-twist yarns--in-phase yarn and phase yarn and performance difference between the two. In terms of the twist structures, there are three kinds of yarn zones: the twisted-twisted zone, twisted-untwisted zone, and untwisted-untwisted zone in one cycle length of self-twist yarn. The existence of phase difference makes the length of untwisted- untwisted zone decreased. When the phase difference (value c) is close or equal to the length of the untwisted zone (value b) , the length of untwisted-untwisted zone becomes minimal so that the formed self-twist yarn consists of the best zones in the twist structure of self-twist yarn : twisted-twisted zone, and twisted-untwisted zone. The test results of the spun in-phase and phase self-twist yarns indicate that when value c = b, the spun self-twist yarn has better strength and elongation property.
