基于纤维孔隙状况的皮革服装材料热湿舒适性的比较 被引量:9

摘要 选取绵羊服装革、PU合成革、PVC人造革、腈纶棉、羽纱作为对比对象,通过对上述材料湿热舒适性能指标的测定和比较,分析了不同材料之间湿热舒适性能的差异。并根据材料纤维编织状态和孔隙分布SEM图的对比分析,探讨了材料结构中纤维编织孔隙状况对材料热湿舒适性能的影响。结果表明:天然皮革的热湿舒适性大大优于仿皮革材料;纤维结构以及涂饰膜中孔隙的多少、分布和孔隙通道状况是影响皮革服装材料热湿舒适性的重要因素。 Sheep garment leather, PU and PVC artificial leathers, acrylic batt and camlet were selected as objects in the study and their thermal-wet comfort properties were tested. The difference in thermal-wet comfort properties among different materials were analyzed using SEM images and the influence of woven state and pore distribution on thermal-wet comfort property of the material was investigated. The experimental results showed that the thermal-wet comfort property of natural leather is much better than that of artificial ones. Pores quantity, distribution and channels of the coated film, and fiber structure are the crucial factors affecting thermal-wet comfort property of leather ~arment materials.
