摘要
近年来,国内新建本科院校的应用型师资队伍建设仍然面临诸多困难和疑惑,有各具特色的探索。应用型师资队伍建设应紧密结合学校办学定位和发展战略目标;应用型师资队伍建设在路径选择上,应建立富有特色、执行力强的实施体系,才能真正建成一支优秀的应用型师资队伍。
In recent years,the newly built colleges have still met with many difficulties and doubts in the construction of application-orientated teaching staff.The construction of application-orientated teaching staff should be closely integrated with the college-running orientation and their developmental strategiesand gaols,the ways of the construction of application-orientated teaching staff should be different in different colleges,and a distinctive system that can be implemented effectively should be established so as to construct excellent application-orientated teaching staff.
