摘要
进行了竖炉还原卡尔多炉熔炼渣的研究,讨论了原辅料物理规格、渣型、炉温、鼓风强度对竖炉还原熔炼的影响。试验表明,该工艺金、银、铅的直收率高,工艺简洁、可行。
The reduction of smelting slag from Kaldo furnace by shaft furnace was studied, the effects of physical specification of auxiliary raw material, slag type, furnace temperature and blasting intensity on reduction smelting by shaft furnace were discussed. The test results showed that through reasonably controlled technological parameters,the direct recovery rates of gold, silver and lead was high and the technology was simple and feasible.
