摘要
将一维形状记忆合金的本构关系用于以经典的复合材料层合板理论为基础的有限元法中 ,分析含形状记忆合金纤维板的弯曲和自振频率 .计算结果表明 ,通过激活形状记忆合金纤维 ,对层合板弯曲和自振频率均有很强的控制和调节能力 ,同时 ,若将形状记忆合金纤维铺设在外层 ,则能更有效地利用它的调节能力 .
A finite element model of classical symmetrically laminated composite plates embedded with shape memory alloy fibers is developed. The Youngs modulus and recovery stress is calculated by using one dimensional constitutive relations for shape memory alloys. The analysis of deflection and free vibration shows that the SMA can control the deflection and increase the free vibration frequencies significantly, and it may be an economical and efficient design to put the SMA fibers in the outer most plys.
