摘要
《中华人民共和国电子签名法》实施后,医疗电子文书获得了发展的法律环境,无纸化电子医疗文书受到社会广泛关注。本文从法律证据"三性"原则出发,提出结合时间戳和电子签名技术的医疗电子文书解决方案。从技术层面和法律证据层面初步探讨无纸化电子医疗文书的可行性问题。
This article is based on ＂three attributes＂ rule of legal evidence, it brings forward design method for medical electronic documents system which combines timestamp and electronic signature technology. It presents feasibility of paperless electronic medical documents in terms of technology and legal evidence. After the implementation of the Electronic Signatures Law of PRC, electronic medical documents have acquired the legal environment for their development. Paperless electronic medical documents have drawn considerable public attention. This article is based on ＂three attributes＂ rule of legal evidence, it brings forward solution for medical electronic documents system which combines timestamp and electronic signature technique. It has solved feasibility issue of paperless electronic medical documents in terms of technology and legal evidence.
